| Xten™ LoPro EO is a complete, ready-to-use medium optimised to maximize recombinant protein expression in mammalian cells (particularly CHO cells) The increased protein expression is 10 fold that of cells in 10% FBS supplemented media. No additives are required.
Cells should be proliferated in another medium and the medium switched to Xten™ LoPro EO during the expression and harvest phases. Adaptation is not required.
An ideal medium for protein expression in CHO K1 or cells with similar nutrient requirements.
